Terms and Conditions

Christmas Package

Booking Period:
Offer is valid for bookings made for the period of December 24th to December 26th, 2024.

Minimum Stay Requirement:
A 2-night minimum stay is required to qualify for the package.

Discount Details:
The 10% discount is already calculated in the room prices and is reflected in the package rate.
This discounted rate applies only to bookings made under the Christmas Package and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

Included Meals:
The package includes a 5-course dinner on December 24th and a Traditional Braai evening on December 25th.
Beverages are not included and will be charged separately.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Additional Charges:
Any extras (e.g., beverages, additional meals, spa services) will be charged to the guest’s room and must be settled upon departure.

Availability:
The package is subject to room availability and cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

Dietary Requirements:
Guests with special dietary requirements must inform us at least 7 days in advance.

General Terms:
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
